Using Snipper

You may use Snipper for lawful personal or business purposes. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to capture, store, edit, or share content and for complying with privacy, confidentiality, and copyright laws.

Your content

You retain ownership of screenshots and other content you create. Snipper does not claim ownership of your content.

Availability

We work to keep Snipper reliable, but the service and applications are provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change as the product evolves.

Acceptable use

You must not use Snipper to violate the rights of others, distribute unlawful content, bypass security protections, or interfere with the operation of the application or website.

Third-party services

Optional platform services, including cloud storage and app stores, are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snipper is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
